NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Girls Rock Santa Barbara does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national and/or ethnic origin, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability, or gender identity/expression in the administration of any of its educational programs, admissions policies, financial aid, and other camp-related policies and programs, as well as volunteer and employment related policies and activities.

WHAT OUR MISSION AND NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY MEANS TO US:

We believe every girl should go to GRSB programs. We recognize and welcome all self-identified girls and non-binary conforming youth regardless of their ability, identity, and background. This means our campers, mentors and volunteers all come from different cultures and experience, with a common passion for our mission. If you feel you belong at Girls Rock Santa Barbara programs, you are welcome. Our programs are inclusive and exist to eliminate and reduce effects of discrimination against all girls. All of our female identified mentors have a number one goal to help our campers build self-esteem through music education, creation, performance, and life skills development workshops led by strong female mentors.
